9 ways :)

Hello everyone, Its been more than a month since my last post and I am purposefully staying away from writing any fictional piece. The only reason is “if I start, I can’t stop” and this is not the best time for me to do fiction write ups. As part of my routine, I have been trying to bring new things into my life, new ways or habits or anything which keeps me happy, balanced and more productive. I have been trying to improve my thoughts and deeds for my betterment. As part of my search, I came across many good things which can improve our day to day life. This made me add a new category to my blog: “SELF CARE: Mind, Body & Soul”. In this section, I would love to share the pictures I have collected from Pinterest (image source). With the slow learning of each image, I am happy to share it here which could be useful to practice by any of you. I am not an expert but honestly, wish to share what I read or attempting to practice these days in my Life.
